HOW TO PROGRAM A YOKATTA DX-6 BUNDY CLOCK TIME RECORDER

SEQ. NO.      FUNCTIONS

01                  YEAR  ( Ex. 2016 )
02                  MONTH & DATE  ( Ex. 0612 - May 12 )
03                  HOUR & MINUTE ( Ex. 1010  - 10:10 )
04                  DAY LINE CHANGE TIME  ( Ex. 00:00  - 12:00 midnight, default )
05                  PRINTING POSITION ( 08:08 - default )
06                  SURFACE DETECTION ( 00/01 )
07                  HOURS FORMAT ( 12/24hrs )
08                  SETTING CARD FORMAT ( IGNORE )
09                  DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME ( IGNORE ) (0101)
10                  PRINTING FORMAT ( 00 )

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PROGRAMMING

Press " ENTER" so that the  "year" will blink, press (+) or (-) to adjust the correct year, and then press enter. ( ex. 2017 )

2. Sequence number "02" ( small number at the upper left side of the LCD) will now blink which indicates to the month & date setting. Press " ENTER" button so that the "MONTH" will blink, press ( - ) ( + ) button to adjust to the correct month, press "ENTER" button again so that the "DATE" will blink, press ( - ) ( + ) button to adjust to the correct date and then, press "ENTER" ( ex. 03 03  / March 03 ).

3. Sequence number "03" (small number at the upper left side of the LCD ) will now blink which indicates "HOUR" and " MINUTE" setting. Press " ENTER" so that the hour will blink, press( - )( + ) to adjust to the correct hour ( note: use military hours or 24 hours when setting the hours; ex. 1pm = 13 ) and press " ENTER " again so that the minutes will now blink, press ( - ) ( + ) to adjust to the correct minutes ( ex. 13 00 ).

4. Sequence number "04" ( small number at the upper left side of the LCD ) will now blink which indicates " DAYLINE CHANGE TIME " ( note: this is applicable only for the work schedule that goes beyond 12:00 midnight; ex. 10:00pm - 06:00am ). The default setting is "00 00" as shown on the LCD which means 12 midnight, upon reaching the time of 12 midnight printing on the time card will now transfer to the lower row as indicated to the present date.
Example 1: The hour on the bundy clock shows 23:00 hours on March 3, the printing on the time card will shows; March 3 - 23:00.

If the work schedule of the company is graveyard shift work schedule, first thing to do is identify the time in and out of the work schedule. Example of time in is 10:00pm and the time out is 6:00am. Once you have the time schedule, count how many vacant hours from the last time out up to the first time in . Using the example the last time out is 06:00am and the first time in is 10:00pm, so we start counting the vacant hours from 6:00am up to 10:00pm the result is 16 vacant hours divide it by two the result is 8 vacant hours and add it to 6:00am to get the dayline change time which is 14:00 hours or 2:00pm.

5. PRINTING POSITION - IGNORE. The default printing position is 0808, this must appear on your LCD screen.

6. SURFACE DETECTION - this is one of the feature of the bundy clock which determines the right surface of the time card. The time card has two sides, side 1 for 1-15 period and side 2 for 16-31 period. To enable this feature, open the bundy clock, slide the switch to "SET-UP" then scroll up to number "6", then press "ENTER", select "00" and press "ENTER" and then slide back the switch. To disable the feature, follow the instructions but select "01" instead.
Note: If you enable this feature, you need also cut the bottom of your time card.

7. HOURS FORMAT - there are two selection for this setting, 12 hours format and 24 hours format. If you select 12 hours format for normal and 24 hours format for military hours.
For example: 12 hours format - 13:00 = 1:00 pm ( this will appear in your LCD screen and also to your time card.

WHY YOU SHOULD INSTALL A CAR BOOM BARRIER

Most common problem on parking areas of a high rise building with multi-level parking either basement or upper ground level parking is when a tenant's or unit owner's parking slot is often parked by someone else, these would probably cause headaches to the building administrator or property manager. Basically the parking slot owner would call their attention so that they can parked, they would ask them how did that happen that someone else parked on the slot assigned to them because most of these parking slot are often paid by the tenant and unit owner's they don't come as free if you lease a unit or buy a condominium unit.

A condominium unit owner's don't just owned a single vehicle, they often have more than two. High rise condominium buildings often has only one allocated parking slot for every unit owner's and if half of the population will bring in two vehicles inside the vicinity that would probably cause chaos inside. These type of day to day problem of a building administrator or property manager is not much different with those high rise commercial building. A single tenant don't just have one employee or just one client in day, a bulk of them probably and the worst case is it will be a bulk of vehicles also.

The immediate solutions to this is to control the number of vehicles that can parked inside and the best tool to help the security personnel in applying this solution is a car boom barrier. The driver will stop at the entrance of every vicinity seeing the car barrier boom blocked the driveway. This time a security personnel can check if the vehicle or the driver is allowed or not to park inside. They can limit the number of vehicles depending on the parking slots that can accommodate.

Other good thing with a car boom barrier is this could be your first line of defense for the security of every vicinity, a security personnel can perform inspection for every vehicle. Seeing a tight security for every vicinity provide ease of stay for every tenant and unit owners.

Whitman car boom barrier's are one of the best barrier to ever have, this barrier either manual or automatic has rugged designed to fit every location. Other features are as follows:
