- Press " Menu"
- Press "OK"
- Press "OK" to Enroll
- Press "OK" for User Enroll
- Press "OK" for New Enroll
- Press "OK" for Finger
- Input desired ID number or accept default ID number provided by the machine ( The ID number should be distinct )
- Press "OK"
- Press finger to the scanner 3X for fingerprint template storing
- Press Finger First!
- Press Finger Second!
- Press Finger Third!
- Press "OK" to enroll another entry or "ESC" to exit procedure.
To Enroll Another Fingerprint Template for the Same Employee (User)
- Repeat the first 4 steps on how to enroll using fingerprint
- Press "🔻" to go to Backup Enroll
- Press "OK"
- Press "OK" for Finger
- Input desired ID number which was used by the employee in enrolling her/his fingerprint to enroll another fingerprint template for the same employee
- Press "OK"
- Press another finger to the scanner 3X to backup new fingerprint template
- Press Finger First!
- Press Finger Second!
- Press Finger Third!
- Press "OK" to backup another entry or "ESC" to exit procedure.

ReplyDeleteGood noon, for you to use the downloading of logs via tcp/ip you need to check if your x639 biometric is network capable or you brought it as x639 network, because it has a time master time and attendance for network and the software has an electronic guide once you have done installing it thru set-up, you can the guide thru help button. If not your tcp/ip port will not work, it will not detect since there is no IC for the tcp/ip. Usually you can buy those network x639 at around 13,500.00

5. You see number 1, press "Ok".

8. Scroll to look for "English" then press "Ok".
If turns back to english to got it. If not go to the service center. I hope this would help you.

to install on pc i right clicked setup.exe and run as administrator.
installed fine. i added departments, employees. downloaded glg_001 from biometric and uploaded to time master. i clicked print, monthly, flexitime, print. says processing. then unhandled exception has occurred. the error is the type initializer for CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument threw an exception.
right click time master > properties > compatibility > check the compatibility mode and choose windows 7

ReplyDeleteAs per experience po me kasamang installer na Time Master si Nideka X639 when you purchased it. Dun po nagegenerate yung uploaded files ng Time Master mula sa downloaded files mula sa Nideka unit . Rech :-)

ReplyDeleteGood morning, it is either your using usb with higher capacity or you don't have glog anymore in your biometric. Try using 4gb usb flash drive or below or check at info view then select record to check if your glog file is not yet zero.

DeleteWe deleted all the registered number to change including the number of manager/admin but the problem is, we cannot register again because it's asking for a 'MANAGER CONFIRM" and "USER CONFIRM"which is part of the registered number we've been deleted. Thank you.

DeleteGood morning, someone is still enrolled as manager in your biometric. If you can't identify whoever is then you need to bring the unit to the service center to delete the manager.

Good afternoon po, tanungin po ninyo sa mga kasama po ninyo or kung sino man ang nakaregister na manager diyan sa biometric po ninyo dahil siya lang po ang makakapag-open diyan sa menu or makakapag-access po. Kung nagresign na or hindi po ninyo mahanap ang nakaregister ay kailangan po siyang dalhin sa service center dahil walang ibang paraan para matanggal or madelete ang manager confirm na yan kundi thru sa software na pang delete ng manager na naka-install sa mga computer ng mga service center po. Salamat po sa pagmessage po.

ReplyDeleteverify q lang bakit hindi makaupload ng file sa time master? may 2 unit kmi ng Nideka X639U. ung isang unit ok nman. ung isa ang may prob kc d maiupload sa time master system ung file galing sa USB. may observation din po ako, yung glg ng isang unit pag nagdadaownload GLG lng na file na nkatext format (.txt) samantalang ngtry kmi sa isang unit ung GLG file nya splitted sa 2 yung isa .txt file , yung isa naman .dat file. salamat sa makakasagot.
Meron po bang software neto for Mac? Not compatible kasi yung kasama nyang installer kasi for Windows lang sya.
